CONSTRUCTION
Masonry blockwork walls with horizontal cedar cladding. Flat roofs with timber joists. Slimline casement single glazed steel windows. Double glazed partially timber windows in house extension. Cast iron gutters and downpipes. Internally house clad in oak and mahogany (1st floor studio) plywood. Timber floors with terazzo tiles in kitchen. Fibreboard cladding to ceilings. Fireplaces surrounds in copper sheets.

MAJOR REFURBISHMENTS
Removal of bathroom and bedroom extension over the driveway.
Conversion of the garage into studio.
Replacement of timber sliding/folding door in the bedroom with aluminium sliding door.

CURRENT CONDITION
House preserved in almost original condition, with kitchen and bathroom appliances mostly preserved. Certain modern kitchen appliances added. Slight water stains on 1st floor plywood cladding. Windows retained original plate glass in most parts.
